هدف البحث إلى معرفة مستوى خفة الحرکة الاستراتيجية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الخاصة (العلوم والتکنولوجيا، والوطنية، والقلم) في مدينة إب من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، وتکونت عينة البحث من (66) فردًا، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية طبقية، واعتمد البحث على الاستبانة أداةً لجمع البيانات والمعلومات بعد التأکد من صدقها وثباتها، واستخدم الباحث البرنامج الإحصائي (Spss) لتحليل البيانات والمعلومات. وقد خلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: أن مستوى خفة الحرکة الاستراتيجية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الخاصة في مدينة إب عالية على مستوى مجمل الأداة. أن مستوى الحساسية الاستراتيجية، والقيادة والمسؤولية المشترکة، وتدفق الموارد وانسيابها، لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الخاصة في مدينة إب عالية. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيـة عند مستـوى الدلالــة0.05) ) بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول مستوى خفة الحرکة الاستراتيجية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الخاصة (العلوم والتکنولوجيا، والوطنية، والقلم) في مدينة إب فيما يتعلق بمجمل الأداة، ومجال تدفق الموارد وانسيابها، ومجال القيادة والمسؤولية، بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يتعلق بمجال الحساسية الاستراتيجية تعزى لمتغير (الجامعة). وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيـة عند مستـوى الدلالــة (0.05) بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول مستوى خفة الحرکة الاستراتيجية لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية في الجامعات الخاصة (العلوم والتکنولوجيا، والوطنية، والقلم) في مدينة إب على مستوى مجمل الأداة، وجميع المجالات، تعزى لمتغير (سنوات الخبرة). وفي ضوء نتائج البحث قدم الباحث عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات.
Abstract:
This research aimed at identifying level of strategic agility to achieve a competitive advantage in private universities: (Science & Technology University, Al-Wataneeah University, and Al-Qalam University) in Ibb from the viewpoint of its employees. The researcher has used the descriptive survey method. The research sample consisted of (66) individuals, who were chosen in a stratified random sampling. Moreover, The researcher has used a questionnaire as a tool to collect data and information after ensuring its validity and reliability, and (SPSS) to analyze data and information. Thus, the researcher has concluded a number of results, the most important of which are:The level of strategic agility to achieve competitive advantage in private universities in Ibb city is high at the level of overall tool.The level of strategic sensitivity, leadership and shared responsibility, and the flow of resources to achieve competitive advantage in private universities in Ibb city is high.There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (µ=0.05) between the responses of the individuals in the research sample about the level of strategic agility to achieve competitive advantage in private universities (Science & Technology University, Al-Wataneeah University, and Al-Qalam University) in Ibb city in relation to the overall tool and the field of resource flow, and the field of leadership and responsibility, while there are statistically significant differences with regard to the field of strategic sensitivity due to the variable (university).There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (µ =0.05) between the responses of the individuals of the research sample about the level of strategic agility to achieve competitive advantage in private universities (Science & Technology University, Al-Wataneeah University, and Al-Qalam University) in Ibb city at the level of the overall tool, and all fields, due to the variable (years of experience).In the light of the research results, the researcher has presented a number of recommendations and suggestions.
