هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مفهوم ثقافة المواطنة وأهميتها ؛ حيث أنها تعتبر فکرة اجتماعية و قانونية و سياسية تسهم فى تطوير المجتمع الإنسانى بشکل کبير بجانب الرقى بالدولة إلى المساواة والعدل والإنصاف، وإلى الديمقراطية والشفافية، کما يهتم البحث بتنمية المواطنة لدى الأطفال وذلک لما لها من أهمية في بناء أفراد ايجابية ذات شخصيات قوية منتمية إلى وطنهم،وتستطيع الدفاع عنه وتعمل على نهضته و تقدمه. کما يرى البحث أنه يجب البدء فى تربية النشء على ثقافة وقيم المواطنة فى سن مبکرة فى المنزل والروضة والمدرسة والجامعة. کما يبرز البحث دور نظام التعليم الجديد فى تکوين ثقافة المواطنة والاهتمام بقيمها.واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى لمناسبته لطبيعة البحث، وأوصى البحث بضرورة وضع الخطط والبرامج التى من شأنها تساعد على تکوين ثقافة المواطنة فى ظل نظام التعليم الجديد 2.0.
Abstract
The research aimed to identify concept of citizenship culture and its importance as it is considered a social, legal and political idea that contributes in developing the human society in a large way besides the state's advancement to equality, justice and fairness, to democracy and transparency, as the research is concerned with developing citizenship among children due to its importance in building individuals Positive with strong personalities belonging to their homeland and able to defend it and work on its rise and progress The research also. believes that it is necessary to start raising young people on the culture and values of citizenship at an early age in the home, kindergarten and university school in. The research also highlights the role of the new education system in forming the culture of citizenship and caring for its values. The research used the descriptive approach as appropriate to the nature of the research, and the research recommended the need to develop plans and programs that would help to create a culture of citizenship under the new education system 2.0.
