فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على التعلم الذاتي لتوعية المشرفات التربويات بالکفايات الإشرافية اللازمة في اقتصاد المعرفة Effectiveness of the Proposed Self-Learning Based Training Program for the Development of Supervisory Competencies Necessary to Guide the Processes of Learning and Education towards A Knowledge Economy

هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على اقتصاد المعرفة لتوجيه الکفايات الإشرافية اللازمة ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة، والتعرف على فاعلية البرنامج التدريبي المقترح في توجيه الجانب المعرفي للکفايات الإشرافية ذات العلاقة بموضوع الدراسة لدى المشرفات التربويات.    وقد أجريت الدراسة في الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي 1435/1436هـ. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي التصميم الآحادي على عينة قصدية بلغ حجمها (50) مشرفة تربوية، من مختلف مکاتب إدارة التربية والتعليم في مدينة مکة المکرمة، وقد تم تحديد الکفايات الإشرافية الأکثر أهمية من وجهة نظر المشرفات التربويات في إدارة التربية والتعليم بمکة المکرمة، وأعضاء وعضوات هيئة التدريس بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس بجامعة أم القرى، من خلال الدراسة الاستطلاعية والتي هدفت إلى تحديد الکفايات الإشرافية المتضمنة للبرنامج التدريبي القائم على اقتصاد المعرفة، والتي تم تحديدها في التخطيط والتوجيه والنمو المهني والتقويم والاتصال. ثم تم بناء برنامج تدريبي تم تطبيقه على عينة الدراسة، تم التأکد من صدقه، وکذلک تم إعداد اختبار تحصيلي قبلي وبعدي، وقد تم تطبيقهُ بعد التأکد من صدقه وثباته على عينة استطلاعية، وقد تم استخدام اختبار T-Test للعينتين المترابطتين کأسلوب إحصائي، لمعالجة النتائج ومعرفة دلالة الفروق بين الاختبارين القبلي والبعدي، ومعامل بلاک للکسب المعدل، ومربع إيتا.    وقد أسفرت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05= α) بين متوسطي درجات المشرفات التربويات على الاختبار التحصيلي لقياس الکفايات الإشرافية المعرفية القائمة على الاقتصاد المعرفي قبل تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي وبعد التطبيق لصالح التطبيق البعدي. کما أثبتت الدراسة أثرًا کبيرًا للبرنامج التدريبي الذاتي في توجيه الکفايات الإشرافية المعرفية نحو اقتصاد المعرفة.  وفي ضوء النتائج السابقة قدمت الباحثة عددًا من التوصيات، أهمها: تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي المقترح الذاتي لتثقيف المشرفات التربويات وتوعيتهن لتوجيه الکفايات الإشرافية نحو اقتصاد المعرفة. والتأکيد على أهمية امتلاک المشرفة التربوية للکفايات الإشرافية التي کشفت عنها الدراسة بأنها مهمة بدرجة کبيرة. کما اقترحت الباحثة إجراء مزيد من الدراسات المستقبلية؛ استکمالًا للکفايات الإشرافية في الجانب القيمي والمهاري.
Abstract:
The study aimed to prepare a proposed training knowledge economy-based program to guide the necessary supervisory competencies relevant to the study subject and identify the effectiveness of the proposed training program in directing the cognitive aspect of the supervisory competencies relevant to the study subject among educational supervisors. The study was conducted in the first semester of the academic year 1435/10436 AH. In a way to achieve the study objective, a quasi-experimental, single design approach is used on a total specified sample size of 50 educational supervisors, from various offices of Education Department in Makkah. The most important supervisory competencies, from the standpoint of educational Supervisors in Education Department in Makkah and faculty members in the curriculum and educational methods Department of Umm Al-Qura University, have been identified. Through a Questionnaire aimed to determine the supervisory competencies including the training knowledge economy-based program, which has been identified in the planning, directing, professional development, amending and communication. Then building a training program to be applied to a sample of the study, of assured credibility, as well as preparing a pre and post achievement test, that has been applied after assuring credibility and stability of a Questionnaire sample. A t-test for two interrelated samples as a statistical method, for interpreting the findings and identifying the significance of differences between the pre and post tests, Black coefficient of the modified gain and Eta square (Eta2) are used. The findings resulted in statistically significant differences at the significance level of α= 0.05 between the Educational supervisors average scores on achievement test to measure the knowledge-economy-based by applying supervisory competencies before and after the application of the training program for the post application. The study also proved a significant effect of the self-training program in directing the knowledge supervisory competencies towards a knowledge economy. In light of the previous findings, the researcher presented a number of recommendations, including: the application of the proposed elf-education training program to educate and aware the Educational supervisors to direct supervision competence towards a knowledge economy, as well as emphasizing the importance of educational supervisor to have supervisory competencies evidenced by the study as highly significant factor. The researcher also recommends that further prospective studies, as a complement for supervisory competencies in the value and skills aspects.
