مستوى الشعور بالأمن النفسي لدى طلبة جامعة جرش في ضوء بعض المتغيرات The Level of Feeling of Psychological Security among the Students of Jerash University in the Light of some Variables

هدفت الدراسة التعرف الى مستوى الشعور بالأمن النفسي لدى طلبة جامعة جرش في ضوء بعض المتغيرات – والتعرف اذا کان هناک فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (a =0.05) تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة. تکونت عينة الدراسة من (355) طالباً وطالبة من مختلف کليات الجامعة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية في الفصل الدراسي الأول (2017/2018) ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياس الأمن النفسي. وقد أظهرت النتائج أن مستوى الشعور بالأمن النفسي على المقياس الکلي بأبعاده الثلاثة جاء بمستوى متوسط ، اما على مستوى أبعاد المقياس فقد جاء بعد الشعور بالاحترام والتقدير في المرتبة الأولى وبمستوى مرتفع کما جاء بعد الشعور بالانتماء والولاء بالمرتبة الثانية وبمستوى مرتفع ، وأخيراً جاء بعد الشعور بالطمأنينة والسکينة في المرتبة الأخيرة بمستوى متوسط. کذلک أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة   (a =0.05) تعزى لمتغير الجنس  المعدل التراکمي ، السنة الدراسية ،ووجود فروق دالة احصائياً عند مستوى الدلالة (a =0.05) تعزى لمتغير  الکلية وقد جاءت لصالح الکليات العلمية ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير العمل وقد جاءت لصالح الطلبة الذين لديهم عمل. وتوصي الدراسة بإنشاء وحدة ارشادية لطلبة الجامعة لمساعدة الطلبة لمواجهة اية مشکلة محتملة وعقد العديد من الدورات والندوات الخاصة بمهارات التقدم والحصول على وظيفة (تفعيل دور الإرشاد المهني).
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the level of feeling of psychological security among the students of Jerash University in the light of some variables and to identify if there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (  0.05=  α ) due to the study variables. The study sample consisted of (355) students from different faculties of science who were randomly selected in the first semester (2017/2018) .To achieve the objective of the study, the psychological security measure was developed. The results showed that the level of feeling psychological security on the overall scale of the three dimensions came on the average level, while  the level of the dimensions of measurement  came after the sense of respect and appreciation in the first place with a high level as came after the sense of belonging and loyalty in the second place and at a high level, and finally came after the feeling of tranquility in the last rank with an average level. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (  0.05=  α )  due to the gender variable, the cumulative average, the school year, and the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (  0.05=  α )  due to the variable of the college, and they were for the science faculty, and the existence of differences due to the variable of work and came in favor of students who have work. The study recommends to establish an extension unit for university students to help students cope with any potential problem ,and to hold several courses and seminars on skills of advancement and job acquisition (activating the role of vocational guidance).
