هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على عوامل العنف المدرسي وسبل الحد منه، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة من المعلمين في المرحلة الابتدائية بلغت (44) معلم، وقد تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي من خلال توزيع استبيان على المعلمين، ومن أجل تحليل نتائج الدراسة تم استعمال برنامج spss23. وفي النهاية توصلت النتائج إلى أن مستوى العوامل الشخصية والمدرسية والأسرية والإعلامية هو مستوى عالي، وأن أهم وسائل الحد من العنف من وجهة نظر المعلمين کانت: توفير الخدمات في المدرسة کالملاعب الرياضية، يليه النصح الدائم من طرف الآباء لأبنائهم، يليه تعزيز ثقة الطفل بذاته، يليه المساواة في المعاملة بين التلاميذ من قبل المعلمين.
 Abstract :
The study aimed to identify the factors of school violence and ways to reduce it, where the study was conducted on a sample of teachers in primary schools (44) reached a landmark, it was the descriptive approach through the distribution of a questionnaire to teachers, in order to analyze the results of the study were the use of spss 23. In the end the results reached that level of personal factors, school, family and the media is a high standard, and the most important means of reducing the violence from the point of view of the teachers were: the provision of services in the school such as over stadiums, followed by constant advice by parents for their sons, followed by the strengthening of the confidence of the child itself, followed by the equal treatment of students by teachers.
