هدف البحث إلى التعرف على أثر استخدام استراتيجية قائمة على مدخل التفکير التصميمي في تدريس الرياضيات على الکفاءة الذاتية لدى طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة بمدينة مکة المکرمة , ولتحقيق ذلک استخدم المنهج شبه التجريبي , وتم اختيار (60) طالبة من طالبات الصف الثالث المتوسط بالطريقة العشوائية, تمثل أفراد المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة , و استخدمت الباحثة مقياس الکفاءة الذاتية لکلاً من عبابنة والزغلول (1998م)    کما تم إعداد خطة تعليمية وفق خطوات التفکير التصميمي , وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة تطبيقا قبليا وبعديا على المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة , وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فرق ذي دلالة إحصائية عند (0.01)  في تنمية الکفاءة الذاتية عند طالبات المرحلة المتوسطة في تدريس مادة الرياضيات لصالح المجموعة التي تم تدريسها بمدخل التفکير التصميمي   وجاءت نتائج البحث بعدة توصيات أهمها : الاهتمام بتنمية الکفاءة الذاتية لدى المتعلمين في مراحل التعليم المبکرة , وکذلک تصميم مناهج الرياضيات بحيث يمکن توظيف أسلوب التفکير التصميمي في تعليم وتعلم مادة الرياضيات، وذلک من خلال تقديم الموضوعات الرياضية المختلفة في صور مشکلات رياضية وحياتية تطبيقية .
Abstract:
Aim of the study  was to identify effect of using  of the approach of design thinking in the teaching of mathematics on the self-efficacy middle school students in Makkah. To achieve this,  semi-experimental method was used. Sixty middle- , And the researcher used the self-efficacy scale for both Ababneh and Zaghloul (1998). An educational plan was prepared according to the design thinking steps. The study tool was applied in both the experimental and the control groups. The results of the study showed a significant difference (0.01) in the development of self-efficacy among students in the intermediate stage in the teaching of mathematics for the group that was taught in the approach of design thinking. The results of the research came with several recommendations, the most important of which are attention to the development of self-competence among learners in the early stages of education, The use of the method of design thinking in the teaching and learning of mathematics, through the presentation of various mathematical topics in the picture of mathematical problems and applied life
