هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على درجة توافر معايير قيادة المعلمين في سلطنة عُمان من وجهة نظر مٌديري المدارس ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، کما استخدمت الاستبانة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات وتم تطبيقها على عينة مکونة من (135) مديراً ومديرة. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافر معايير قيادة المعلمين في سلطنة عُمان من وجهة نظر مٌديري المدارس جاء ت کبيرة بشکل عام، کما جاءت کبيرة في معايير تعزيز ثقافة تعاونية لدعم تنمية المعلمين وتعلم الطلبة، تسهيل التطوير في التدريس وتعلم الطلبة  وتشجيع استخدام التقييمات والبيانات لتحسين المدرسة والمنطقة التعليمية،  وتحسين التواصل والتعاون مع الأسر والمجتمع، وتحمس المعلم ومدافعته عن تعلم الطلبة والمهنة؛ بينما جاءت متوسطة في معياري استخدام البحوث لتحسين الخبرات والممارسة التعليمية وتعلم الطلبة، تعزيز التعلم المهني للتحسين والتطوير المستمر، و کشفت النتائج أيضاً عن عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة عند مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) تُعزى إلى متغيرات الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة، والمؤهل العلمي
 Abstract :
The present study aimed to dentify The availability dgree of teacher leadership standards in the Sultanate of Oman from the School Principals'Viewpoint, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (135) School Principals'. The findings of the study showed that The availability dgree of teacher leadership standards in the Sultanate of Oman from the School Principals'Viewpoint was came generally high; They also came high of standards Promoting a collaborative culture to support teacher development and student learning, facilitating the development of teaching and learning, encouraging the use of assessments and data to improve the school and the learning district, improving communication and collaboration with families and the community; While came Medium in the standard of use of research to improve teaching experience and practice and student learning, promoting professional learning for continuous improvement and development; Results also showed that there were no significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) in the study variables which are gender, Years of experience and academic level.
