هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الفروق في الدرجة الکلية للاغتراب النفسي لدى الأحداث الجانحين وفقا للمتغيرات التالية ( العمر, السکن, نوع المخالفة, الإعداد للمخالفة ). استخدم الباحث المنهج المسحي التحليلي بأسلوبه الوصفي الارتباطي, طبقت الدراسة  على عينة قوامها ( 74 ) تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. استخدم الباحث مقياس الاغتراب النفسي المطبق في دراسة ( عبدالله, 2009م ) وهو من إعداد سميرة أبکر ( 1989م ). وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدرجة الکلية لمقياس الاغتراب النفسي لدى الأحداث الجانحين المودعين بدار الملاحظة الاجتماعية بمدينة جدة وفق متغير العمر. ووفق متغير نوع المخالفة. بينما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الدرجة الکلية لمقياس الاغتراب النفسي لدى الأحداث الجانحين المودعين بدار الملاحظة الاجتماعية بمدينة جدة وفق متغير السکن و متغير الإعداد للمخالفة.
Abstrat
The study aimed at identifying the differences in the total degree of psychological alienation among delinquent juveniles according to the following variables (age, type of violation, preparation of offense, housing). The researcher used the analytical survey method in his descriptive and associative manner. The study was applied to a sample of (74) randomly selected subjects The researcher used the psychological alienation scale applied in Abdullah (2009), prepared by Samira Abaker (1989). The study found that  there are no statistically significant differences between the total score of the psychological alienation measure of delinquent juveniles in the social observation house in Jeddah according to the age variable. And the type of delinquent juveniles in the social observation house in Jeddah according to the type of violation There are statistically significant differences between the total score of the psychological alienation measure among juvenile delinquents who are assigned to the Social Observatory Housing in Jeddah according to the variable definition of the violation. and housing in Jeddah according to the housing variable.
