هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق الإدارة المدرسية لمعايير الأمن والسلامة العامة في المدارس الحکومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية في فلسطين من وجهات نظر المديرين والمعلمين فيها، وکذلک التعرف إلى درجة تطبيق الإدارة المدرسية لمعايير الأمن والسلامة العامة المتعلقة بمجالات التربية الوقائية التوعوية، وحماية الأرواح والأبدان والمحافظة على الممتلکات، والشراکة المجتمعية بالتعاون مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، کما هدفت إلى الکشف عن أثر متغيرات (الجنس، والوظيفة) على درجة تطبيق الإدارة المدرسية لمعايير الأمن والسلامة العامة في المدارس الحکومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية في فلسطين من وجهات نظر المديرين والمعلمين. وتکون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المديرين والمديرات والمعلمين والمعلمات العاملين في المدارس الحکومية الأساسية في جميع محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية في فلسطين، وقد طبقت الدراسة في الفصل الثاني من العام الدراسي 2016-2017، وقد بلغ عدد المديرين والمديرات في المدارس الحکومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية (472) مديراً ومديرة، وقد بلغ عدد المعلمين والمعلمات في المدارس الحکومية الأساسية في محافظات شمال الضفة الغربية (7021) معلماً ومعلمة، وذلک وفقاً لإحصائيات وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. وتحقيقاً لأهداف الدراسة فقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة باستخدام الطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، إذ بلغت (813) موزعة بين المديرين والمعلمين، وقد استجاب (807) منهم على أداة الدراسة. وقد استخدم الباحثان الاستبانة من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة وتوصلت الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق الإدارة المدرسية لمعايير الأمن والسلامة العامة وخلص الباحثان إلى مجموعة من التوصيات.
Abstract:
This study aimed at identifying the degree to which the school administration applied the public safety and security standards in the basic government schools in the northern governorates of the West Bank in Palestine from the viewpoints of principals and teachers. And social partnership in cooperation with the relevant authorities. It also aimed to reveal the effect of the variables (gender, and job) on the degree to which the school administration applied the public safety and security standards in the public schools Basic in the provinces of the northern West Bank in Palestine, from the views of managers and teachers.The study population is composed of all managers, principals, teachers and teachers working in basic government schools in all the northern governorates of the West Bank. The study was implemented in the second semester of the academic year 2016-2017. The number of principals and principals in the basic government schools in the northern governorates of the West Bank (472). The number of teachers and teachers in the basic government schools in the northern governorates of the West Bank reached (7021) teachers and teachers, according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the analytical descriptive method. The sample of the study was selected using the stratified stratified method, with (813) distributed among principals and teachers.The researchers used the questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the study and the study found that the degree of application of school management to public safety and safety standards and the researchers concluded a set of recommendations.
