واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالکترونية في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها The Reality of Electronic Administration Application at Jerash University from the Point of View of its Employees
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الالکترونية في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها. وتکونت عينة الدراسة (183) عضو هيئة تدريس وإدارياً في جامعة جرش منهم (91)عضو هيئة تدريس، (92) إدارياً للعام الدراسي (2016/2017). اعتمدت الدراسة اداة تکونت من خمسة مجالات وهي: المهارة الالکترونية، المهارة المعلوماتية ،المهارات الإدارية والتنظيمية، الموارد البشرية، الموارد الفنية لجمع البيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: جاءت درجة تطبيق الإدارة الالکترونية في جامعة جرش من وجهة نظر العاملين فيها بدرجة متوسطة. وأيضا وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق الإدارة الالکترونية في جامعة جرش تعزى لأثر الجنس. وکانت لصالح الذکور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات عينة الدراسة لدرجة تطبيق الإدارة الالکترونية في جامعة جرش تعزى لأثر طبيعة العمل، وسنوات الخبرة. Abstract: This study aimed at identifying the actual application of electronic administration at Jerash University from the point of view of its employees. The sample of the study consisted of (183) members (91) faculty members, and (92) administrative for the academic year 2016/2017. To collect data, questionnaire consisted of five domains: electronic skill, information skill, managerial and organizational skills, human resources, and technical skills. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were established.The results of the study revealed that the degree of the application of electronic administration at the Jerash University as perceived by its employees was medium. The results also shewed that there were on significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents existed, and there were significant differences between their response due existed to due sex and for the benefit of male employees. The results also revealed that there were no significant differences is the mean cores of the respondents due to the nature of work and experience.
