هدف البحث إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن في تعزيز الصحة المدرسية في المدارس الحکومية المتوسطة بجدة من وجهة نظر المعلمات، والکشف عن دلالة الفروق في تقدير درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن في تعزيز الصحة المدرسية بالمدارس الحکومية المتوسطة بجدة وفقاً لمتغيري سنوات الخبرة ــــ التخصص، استخدم المنهج الوصفي المسحي والوصفي المقارن، تکونت عينة البحث من (30) مديرة و(150) معلمة، واستخدمت استبانة تم تقنينها، مکونة من (46) فقرة موزعة على أربعة أبعاد: البيئة المدرسية، والخدمات الصحية، والتثقيف الصحي، والصحة النفسية والإرشاد. وأشارت نتائج البحث أن درجة ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن في تعزيز الصحة المدرسية من وجهة نظر المعلمات کانت بدرجة "متوسطة"، وتبين أن أعلى درجة ممارسة کانت لبُعد البيئة المدرسية بدرجة ممارسة "عالية"، ثم بُعد الصحة النفسية والإرشاد بدرجة ممارسة "عالية"، ثم بُعد التثقيف الصحي بدرجة ممارسة "متوسطة"، وأخيراً بُعد الخدمات الصحية بدرجة ممارسة "متوسطة". وبين البحث أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنويه 0.05 ≤ α بين متوسطات درجات ممارسة مديرات المدارس لأدوارهن في تعزيز الصحة المدرسية في المدارس الحکومية المتوسطة بجدة تعزى لمتغيري الخبرة والتخصص. وفي نهاية البحث أوصت الباحثة بضرورة الشراکة والتعاون مع المؤسسات الصحية في القطاع العام أو الخاص وتقديم الدورات التدريبية للمديرات والمعلمات فيما يخص الصحة المدرسية والتأکيد على أهمية وجود من يتحمل مسؤولية الإرشاد الصحي بالمدرسة بتفرغ جزئي أو کلي. والعمل على تخصيص غرفة أو(عيادة) صحية بالمدرسة لإسعاف الحالات الطارئة.
Abstract :
The research aimed to identify the performance degree of school principals' roles in promoting school health in government Intermediate schools in Jeddah from teachers' point of view, and to explore the significant differences that vary in estimating the degree of schools principals' roles in promoting school health at government Intermediate schools in Jeddah according to experience years –specialization, the research sample consisted of (30) principal, (150) teachers, the questionnaire was used which is consisting of (46) items after verifying the validity and reliability ,It was distributed among four aspects: the school environment, health services, health education, mental health and consulting .The research conducted that the performance degree of the school principals' roles in promoting school health from teachers' point of view was “Medium”, it showed that the highest performance degree was for school environment aspect, “high” performance degree, then the mental health and counseling aspect, “high” performance degree, then health education aspect , “medium” performance degree, and finally the health services aspect , “medium” performance degree. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a ≤ 0.05) between mean scores of performance degree of school principals' roles in promoting school health in government Intermediate schools in Jeddah due to the variable of experience and specialization. The researcher recommended: The importance of partnership and cooperation with health institutions in the public and private sector and provide principals and teachers training courses regarding school health and to emphasize on the importance of the availability of who is responsible of health guidance at school whether part-time or full-time and to allocate a room at school or a health clinic for the first aid emergency situations.
