تعد عملية اتخاذ القرار التعليمي من أکثر العمليات تأثرا بعوامل عديدة سواء بشرية او تکنولوجية أو ثقافية واجتماعية ، کما ان مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تعتبر أحد اهم المؤثرات في المجتمع ککل في الفترة الخيرة نتيجة للتطور الهائل فيها ، لذلک جاءت هذه الدراسة لتجيب عن تساؤل کيف يمکن تفعيل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في اتخاذ القرار من وجهة نظر القادة التربويين ، وهدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على وجهة نظر القيادات التربوية في تفعيل دور شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي في اتخاذ القرار من خلال :  التعرف العوامل المؤثرة في عملية صنع القرار بوزارة التربية والتعليم ومراحل صنع القرار التربوي. بيان انعکاس شبکات التواصل الاجتماعي على العملية التعليمية عامةً وعلى عملية اتخاذ القرار خاصةً .واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي وأوصت بـتقديم معلومات هامة لصانعي القرار حول دور وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في عملية صنع واتخاذ القرار .الوقوف على بعض الجوانب والنقاط المهمة والمؤثرة في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ، وعلاقتها بصنع واتخاذ القرارضرورة الاهتمام بوسائل الاتصال على المستوى المدرسي فهي عنصر مهم في اتخاذ القرار الرشيد ، مما يجعل القرارات تصل إلى المنفذين في الوقت المناسب
Abstract:
      Educational Decision- Taking is considered one of the most multi- factors affected processes; human, technological, cultural or social factors. Social Media networking is also one of the most effects on the entire society, lately, due to their dramatic evolution. Thus, this study answers the question, “How to activate social media networking in decision- taking from educational leaders’ points of views?”. The study aims to examine educational leaders’ points of views about activating the role of social media networking in decision- taking through: Identifying the influential factors in decision- making process in Ministry of Education and educational decision- making stages.Showing the reflection of social media networking on the educational process, in general and on decision-making process, in specific.The study used the Descriptive Approach and recommended to:Provide decision makers with important information about the role of social media networking in decision- making and decision- taking.Examine some important aspects and points that affect the social media networking, and their relationship with decision taking. Consider the communication means at the school level as it is an important element regarding taking the proper decision, that deliver decisions to the implementers at the right time.
